Website Maintenance Services
Many clients ask me what happens when the website (or design project) is complete and they need something. Am I available to help? The answer is, of course! After all, it’s in the name of my company: “help.” Whether it’s an occasional request to regular monthly updates. In most instances, I provide User Guides and offer Zoom session to help you learn to make changes yourself. However, I do understand that some clients don’t have the time or prefer that I make the updates.
Items under the maintenance plan include:
- Adding new or updating existing content to current pages
- Creating new pages with new content and adding to navigation
- Implementation of new plugins for WordPress
- Adding events to online calendar and booking programs
- Designing email blasts or newsletters
- Adding products to your online store
- Replacing/adding images
- Video linking or embedding
- Link changes
No worries if I didn’t build your website. I’m happy to jump in and do any updates or fix what’s not working even if someone else created your website.

Most updates are completed within 2 business days and often within the same business day. The terms are simple:
- No Contracts
- 1-3 business day turn around
- Balance due on delivery
Urgent Requests
The unexpected can happen, I get it. That’s why I do take urgent requests. This is for updates/changes that need to be done ASAP or after business hours. Urgent requests are charged at an hourly rate of $100. If there’s a technical issue, for example your website goes down or doesn’t load correctly, those requests are taken care of free of charge.
